Designing a global system that brings clarity, consistency, and accessibility to a worldwide brand.

MetLife is one of the world’s largest providers of insurance and employee benefits, supporting millions of people across markets as diverse as the United States, Mexico, Chile, Japan, and Korea. With so many regions, partners, and touchpoints, the brand needed a unified system that could adapt to local needs while staying unmistakably MetLife.

I helped shape the global design system — exploring how the brand showed up around the world and defining a cohesive foundation built on accessibility, clarity, and flexibility. The result was a living site of standards and guidance that brings together every core element of the identity: logo, typography, color, photography, iconography, data visualization, and more.

More than a set of rules, the system is a practical tool. Designers can browse, download, and build — using templates, assets, and user flows that make creating with MetLife both consistent and intuitive.
